Andrea Hamacher

I've been a licensed California REALTOR® since 2009, and a resident and homeowner in San Diego County since 2003. My approach to real estate is based on some basic core values which have served me and my clients well. I treat everyone as I would like to be treated: with honesty, respect, courtesy and compassion. This, and a lot of experience, is why I am a 5 star rated agent. I have completed numerous hours of continuing education, including certifications in negotiation, short sales & foreclosures, digital marketing and online expertise.

This is serious business. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and personal decisions a person makes. That's why I sweat the small stuff. A successful real estate transaction has many moving parts and is incredibly complicated. I am practically obsessed with making sure that every detail of every transaction gets handled properly, that every deadline is met, and that things are done the right way.

This is my passion and my profession, not a hobby! I am a community digital marketing expert and use social media platforms to make an impact on my community (check out my YouTube channel and my Facebook page for a variety of videos and topics common in real estate).
